This website is an extension of my family’s meal philosophy. I invite you to enjoy the recipes, read the stories and share some of your own. When you slow down and explore the world of food and conversation, anything can happen!

When a carefully made feast is prepared, we tend to linger. And these days, sitting down together allows us to dig deeper into how we can be more fully present for the planet and each other in these crazy times.

This group of recipes are tried and true. As recipe requests have increased over the years (and my original recipe cards gradually became dog-eared and food stained), it was clear it was time to create a larger recipe box for them here.
